This form is used for sponsors to send to any vendors that will be at an event/solicitation. The form is used to help their vendors get a certificate of insurance to be on state property with the event/solicitation with the states minimum requirements.

This form is used to reserve space for a solicitation & any solicitation materials that would be handed out or posted on a bulletin board. A solicitation is anything that will promotes ones elf or organizations. interest.

State Property Applications for Special Events

This form is used to reserve any area that is not Wesley Bolin for an event.

Wesley Bolin Plaza Under 1000 People

This is used exclusively to reserve Wesley Bolin Plaza for an event where the attendees in attendance will be 1000 or under.

Wesley Bolin Plaza Over 1000 People

This is used exclusively to reserve Wesley Bolin Plaza for an event where the attendees in attendance will be 1000 or over.
